AfroMéxico is a series of 6 episodes dedicated to the knowledge, recognition, respect and visibility of the heritage and culture of women, men, girls and boys from African regions transferred to Mexico who brought with them their worldviews, culinary uses, dances, songs, clothing, religious ceremonies and traditional medicine, among many other cultural practices that they continued to cultivate when they settled in what were new territories for them and that, from then to the present day, make up the rich Afro-Mexican culture.
