Each program, Daniel Giménez Cacho and Marco Rascón seek the whim, listen to stories, explore the multiple aspects of being Chilango and along the way, they recognize the spokespersons of the great mixed race city that is Mexico City. A gastronomic journey that takes us to restaurants, taco stands and markets, but also to understand what the identity, history, acceptance, recognition and reflection of what Mexicans are and have been represent.
